I believe in the benefits of massage therapy. Whether you're looking to improve mobility, mood, or energy levels, I will create a plan to help you feel your very best on, and off the table.
I offer a variety of services including deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, prenatal massage, hot stone therapy, and aromatherapy.
Your session with me will start with a client consultation, where we will decide what modalities work best for you to achieve your goals. I will then check your range of motion and posture. Next you will enjoy total relaxation on a heated table, where we will warm up your muscles with pressure, light stretching, and added heat before addressing your problem areas. We will conclude your session with a post consultation where we will discuss your progress and plan for future visits.
